The idea to protect the environment began some years ago. Environmental communication is an essential instrument to change attitudes and structures towards sustainability. Based on this we developed the GUKA-approach of holistic environmental communication as “the conscious, systematic and directed perception of ecological, social and cultural structures and processes in its interaction”. With the personal engagement careers have been followed. In 1996 G&L was founded. The scope of the company started with environment extended by-and-by towards tourism, agriculture and education.
